I have Noticed this Year that RetroArch has really been outspoken about Other Emulators they claim use there Emulator without Permission and then Coming out Bad Mouthing Them.

The Latest One is there having a Go at byuu(Higan Developer) and getting Really Stuck into him. Story Info Here:

I am just interested on your Thoughts on this as I am not sure about everything that I feel I could make a Proper Decision who is Right and Who is Wrong

So they are claiming piracy or copyright infringement. Simple. Piracy or copyright infringement is theft of intellectual property.
