Do you think Collingwood VFL can do better than Sandringham did recently?

Must be the coldest place to attend footy anywhere in Victoria.masoncox wrote:Every time I go there it is freezing cold with wind.
I think we have lost every time I went.
Still I like the position next to the beach.
Always hot food with a beer to be had.
So it is football in winter

A much-valued return by Travis Varcoe from a hamstring injury, an unexpected return by Jackson Starcevich from a PCL injury, and most importantly, a massively welcome back return by Alex Woodward from his umpteenth knee reconstruction!

Alex Woodward
Quoted from Collingwood Web page......
Former Hawthorn midfielder Alex Woodward will play his first game in Collingwood's VFL team when the Magpies take on Williamstown on Sunday.
Woodward, who played two AFL games during a luckless five-year stint with the Hawks, was the VFL Pies' key signing in the lead-up to their 2017 campaign.
However, he suffered his fourth serious knee injury in his third game in black and white.
The 25-year-old, who won the 2014 Liston Trophy for the best and fairest player in the VFL, has been building his fitness while acting as Collingwood's AFL runner during the first half of the season.
All the best to this young man after a frustrating career thus far. He's determination is remarkable Good luck Alex on Sunday against Willy.

Great effort and resilience. Imagine if he was best on ground first up?
I love the Pies, hate Carlscum

OP has been updated with a few extra goodies. Namely, our team sheet, a YouTube portal for the video stream and links for the radio call being provided by local Casey radio station 3SER. Usually they do Casey's games, except when the Demons are the TV game (which they are this week). As such, we get 3SER's services as an alternative way to follow the game. So, if you're out and about and can't watch, you can listen instead!
