Essendon copping it

Post by Presti35 »

Wow. A couple weeks back they were talking about top 4. Worsfold, a mortal enemy of Collingwood, was telling the players to embrace the hype.

One round in and they are bottom of the ladder after being absolutely thrashed by GWS.

Two average showing in the JLT, both losses, may have proved to be a bad sign after all.

Can they bounce back?

I have to say. Essendon Vs St Kilda is one of the worst games, skill wise, I can remember.

But I'm loving it.

Looks like the Bombers will be 0-2. Start the Sack Worsfold threads. Start the Bring Back Hird threads.

The 2 players who ran to the interchange bench past a live ball says everything you need to know about the druggies, @cultureclub! Omg I laughed, they should both be delisted! WTAF!

Hush, hush, but... there was a much-criticized bit of play many years ago when a young A. Rocca had his hands on his knees with the live ball close by.

And, already, headlines about being "slaves to sports science". It's got nothing to do with "sports science". They just bungled. No "sports scientist" asked them to do that.

This mythical "sports science" is just a soft target for uneducated former footballers. When someone stays on while fatigued and rips his hamstring off the bone, I sure none of those former footballers will have anything to say.

Friday night will see one of Essendon or Melbourne go 0-3 to start the year.

They requested earlier games at the MCG before Anzac Day. They got them. Hard to know who to go for on Friday night. Dislike both clubs. I think the Dees were a bigger threat to our top 4/premiership chances, but it's great to see Essendon collapsing.

Essendons next 4:
Melb (MCG)
Bris (MCG)
North (Marvel)
Coll (MCG)

Here's Melbournes next 4:
Ess (MCG)
Syd (SCG)
StK (MCG)
Rich (MCG)

Looks like Slobbo is leading the charge to give Woosha the flick and bring back Hird. Seriously deluded. I can't understand why he still has the position he holds. I think the days they talked about balanced, fair and non biased journalism were held on days the bum was still eating his 10 sausage McMuffins or had not returned from the pub.
Annoying opposition supporters since 1967.
