It is such a strange game, this Australian Rules Football. Essendon are playing with far less energy and ferocity and accuracy than they did against us, despite having 5 stars in. WC have been very good, but a significant component of it has been provided by Essendon's amazing inability to apply tackling pressure consistently and their appalling quality of delivery. Hopefully, NicNat gets suspended for throwing an Essendon player into the fence and potentially killing him when his head hit the fence. NicNat was clearly angry because the guy had deliberately pulled his hair (worth a suspension) but Natanui's response was psychopathic.

wee girls controlling the game as they've pretty much done all night. they've owned the aerial contests as well as most of the contested footy. strange seeing the bummers playing like this considering what they dished up to us in the last round. mckernan has hardly touched the ball!

Looks like Essendon's coach might be in danger. WC rampaging now against a prostrate Essendon. WC's performance excellent, but made to look far better because of an overall insipid effort from essendon. Essendon was only able to look as if they posed a threat for about 20 minutes in the entire game. Their tackling was abysmal...so many half hearted efforts which allowed Weagles players to just brush them aside contemptuously. Essendon's poor decision making and delivery gifted a myriad of turnovers, I would be utterly furious and demoralized by such a performance if i was stupid enough to be an Essendon supporter.

TBH. I don’t think NN should go, unless his record really stinks. I mean the girl pulled his hair!
