At the moment he is only working in VPT unless you quote him or address him in General Discussion. He won't respond in any other forum.
It looks to me as though he's a little overly enthusiastic at the moment, so I'll throttle him back so that he only answers posts that are quoting one of his or he is directly addressed. You can address him directly by using @ in front his name (no space). In fact you can use @ in front of any username to and the user will be notified that you have done so.
If you would like to leave it as is, that is responding to any post whenever the urge taks him, just let me know.
