As heard through the grapevine via Miss Magpie - it is going to be the same deal this week as last week. Pick them up at the club or via the tent.

How much do you want to make a bet it is going to be this situation for the whole year?

Rang the Club this morning. Recorded message from Cameron saying things are the same as last week - Collect tix from the Club or at the ground on Friday night. Went down to the Club this afternoon to pick up mine and was told by the girl at the counter that we should have our seasons tickets sent to us by next weekend. We'll see!

This is really starting to piss me off.... We have paid for the bloody things and had to give them back and then put up with this rot??... I thought to myself when I handed them over if I was ever going to see our season tix again.... I handed over 5 of them..... NOT HAPPY JAN!!

The bit that i find puzzling is that we had our membership cards. Instead of destroying them wouldnt it have been easier to keep them and issue a seperate cheersquad card ??

Or alternatively let us use the card up until the new ones were ready and then exchange them over??

Its more the incovenience that it causes people than anything else.

awwwwwwwwwww come on Joff.... that is not an excuse.... m/ship dept is busy!! HA.... they made work for themselves this time.... and we are the ones that are suffering!! They are very quick in asking for your money.... but not so quick in giving you returns..

Football clubs must be the only businesses in Australia that treat their customers with this sort of contempt.

It's pretty clear by now that NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

Collingwood still has an utterly incompetent membership department ... just like it's had for as long as I've been a member.

Another bloody wasted Friday morning coming up, standing in line at the front desk.

No doubt, there'll be about half a dozen people in front of me ... and each one will take about 15 minutes to serve.

And this will happen EVERY week for the rest of the season, won't it?

Yeah well Im pretty pissed off at the moment, I returned my bloody membership by the date requested, and still dont have it back in my wallet where it belongs. How come in the old days of the cheer squad when we had twice as many members, there wasnt such a problem and delay? I like the idea of the club being more involved with the cheer squad, dont get me wrong! However sometimes I think that we were better off running our own organisation, like it was for fifty years!

Yeah Joffa, I don't give a rats tossbag how busy they are - there is NO EXCUSE for making us hand back our seasons tickets without replacing them before the season started.
We have NO WAY to get in without picking up a STUPID ticketmaster ticket at great inconvenience to everybody.
There are only about 250 seats in the Cheersquad - there are probably far less than that who have actually paid for a seat - WHAT IS THE HOLD UP?
REALLY PISSED OFF JAN!

For a club that is so big and successful as Collingwood there membership department is pathetic....

If there so far behind in there memberships why dont thay pull there finger out and hire extra staff to get rid of there back log I can speak for my self I have even offered my service. As this is a corporation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
