Well since today is the start of the trading period, I just thought that we should have a new topic on the latest rumors and trades.

I have just found out the latest rumors of trades.

1. A three way swap of Mal Micheal to Brisbane, Craig McCrea to the Crows and Andrew Eccles to us. This would see all three players return to their home states.

2. Collingwood my get an extra draft pick from the crows, in this scenario,. If not them David Gallagher may be thrown in the deal.

3. Collingwood are keen to bring Craig Callahgan to Victoria Park either for a low draft pick or a swap for youngster Micheal Gardiner.

4. Essendon have also offered Alessio to Collingwood for pick 3, but went cool when asked for Lucas instead.

5. Carlton also wants Collingwoods # 3 pick and offered Mark Porter, but when Collingwood asked for Matty Allan insteasd they declined.

6. Collingwood are looking for an experienced ruckman as a backup ruckman for Josh frazer, and may take Jason Ball, if from Sydney with a low pick or a player like Heath Scotland Brad Oborne or Craig Jacotine

Oh and I aslo forgot

Carlton are seriously interestead in Anthony Rocca and may acually come in with a deal that is hard to refuse, sometime this week.


Collingwood would consider Bradshaw too if the Mal/Eccles?/mcCrea deal falls through as a straight swap for MAl.

Collingwood are intrested in Chad Cornes for the right price.

Port would also like Magpie Ben Kinnear, but this is not very likely

It could be true, Nicki, the two Rocca's to Carlton.

Sav wants to go to Carlton.
Anthony wants to play with Sav.
Anthony changed managers, once Sav got told he was no longer wanted.
Anthony does not look happy at Collingwood.

If it is to be done, we should get the earth. A. Rocca is a good player and worth a lot. S. Rocca is worth Porter, at least.
