If MM gives Shack one-on-one training with Fletch, we'll see a totally different player, both in attitude and on-field performance.

I agree, Dale, and with both Fletch and Bucks taking on coaching roles next season, it looks like the club has finally realised that, if our midfield is a weak area, it needs to put the resources into working on it.
