I think he is bound for Sydney.
Isn't it in Sydney's charter that they must use their salary cap concessions to poach one match winning player from an opposition club every year?Even if they don't have the concessions, it's going to be a bad habit for them to break.
Barry Hall, Nick Davis, seems Acker is up there in that league of players.
At least we can say the current position we find ourselves in ladder wise is through hard work and good recruiting. |

But hey I would never have thought Woey would end up wearing #2 for the B&W. And I never really liked him before. But now he's one of ours, and we accept him. |

Like others are saying, who would have thought we would have been cheering Woey all year. That has prepared me for nearly anything.
I was really pissed off at Aker when I heard his whinge about the umpires making it hard for Brisbane. I vowed on this board we would make his next game against us down here hell. But since then I have seen Aker state that the comment was directed to family (of his wife) and that a reporter nearby heard it and reported it. My point being that it was not meant for the public record, it was just something off the cuff he said to some supporters he knew.

Back it up people. As if Malthouse would recruit a LOOSE CANNON like him to the club. Malthouse hand picks his recruits like Jimmy Clement, Andrew Williams, Woewodin and Steinfort in the past. All of these guys are good people on and off the field and have a great work ethic. Isnt that why we said no to Carey ??
Akermanis thinks he knows everything about anything but in reality he knows nothing about most things.
Yes he can play football but he is a dead set idiot who should take up Rugby Union like he planned to do so a while ago.

Well Steinfort had a good work ethic and character. Big Carl wasnt a star but would have been a good role model training wise etc. Carl was also very smart academically as well as on the footy field.

stik35, thanx I did forget about that so I appreciate the reminder. I was furious when I heard him say that.
If I forget about those things he comes across alright and I don't mind him, but when I do remember, right royal little turd he is. Selective memory perhaps! |
