what will happen next!

I suspect that it will involve Witts.

I can see him doing a , Hightower from Police Academy , and ripping out four rows of seats in front of him when he gets on the flight to Sydney for next weekends game , just so he can sit down comfortably.

Which causes Adrian Anderson to releases a statement that Witts has broken rule 9345.07.95 , and must be suspended for the remainder of the season. Shocked Laughing

Three members of our starting 22 will have missed some of their pre-season work. This is a pity but we have enough depth to cover for them in the short run. Let us hope Andrew is back on board as soon as possible.

Change Goldsack to Clarke and you have me on board.

Nothing against Goldy, but he's only ever going to be a fringe player, so replacing BJ with him would be a step backwards.

Marty on the other hand, if he is anywhere near able to play at the level he was in 07 and early 08, then he is the ideal replacement for BJ.

Collingwood are unsure whether his career is over or not. Sounds a bit ominous.

Sounds like Herald Sun bull shit to me.

No where does the club actually say that publicly.

I hope the krak is okay.

But yep. We are now officially stuffed. Didak, BJ and now Krak. Who's next? Confused

Just shows doesn't it that premiership chances come around all too rarely and when you stuff up a golden chance like we had last year it ALWAYS comes back to bite you on the bum.

There was always the risk that something like this could occur and we knew that when we drafted him. Hopefully his family situation, whatever it is, can be stabilised in the next month (although these kinds of things are rarely dealt with so quickly) and mentally he can get his head back in the game. Fingers crossed, his ability to do the extraordinary so easily, will be missed if he's out for a prolonged period.

Try a little perspective Jack:

1. It is February 11, 2012.
2. Didak - Adductor strain / small tear expected back around the time of the NAB cup, plenty of solid pre season behind him.
3. Johnston: grade 1 hammy strain - the slightest of all strains
4. AK(47): Personal issues but the club is highly supportive & early times.

We know there are plenty of replacements - remember "In Hine we trust".

At the same time, premiership windows are small periods of time. Nonetheless, this now provides opportunity for those prepared to put their hands up.

Will Ugle & Elliot make it for us?

I could do without this type of news however till the seasons over!! Smile Smile

I wish Krak all the best.

I agree with others who have mentioned how important Leon was to helping Krak settle in at Collingwood.
