If we beat the Roos and Power beat the Eagles then we have locked up the top 4 spot by the end of the weekend.

Go power! Cool

The weagels can't finish above us if we beat them - this is the BIG game for the Pies before the finals.

No wonder Sawanny was given a 2 weeks suspension Wink

So is it worth resting Jolly or a few others with niggles in preparation for the game in WA?

the four was set about 5 weeks ago. havent you been paying attention.

I can't decide if it is better to play the hawks in the first week of the finals or the granny....

i have a feeling adelaide may end up on top of the ladder because of their easy draw. If they do, it won't matter cos I reckon they'll go out in straight sets.

I think I want to see us play swans week 1 at the G, then Adelaide at the G in the prelim, then be nice and fresh for a tilt at the big dance.

we can beat the hawks

sadly, we will get them both times.

^^Disagree that playing the Hawks is set in stone. But, you're right about one thing... I don't see how anyone worried about the Hawks would want to play them in the first week. Win or lose, we could still very likely face them again. If you're worried about the Hawks, the later we play them the better. Means we play them once, and that they have a chance of losing before hand.

Maintaining form is most important, we wouldnt want to drop 1 or 2 and lose confidence after being totally rattled last year from geelong
