For the first time I went to the Tewantin RSL to watch the game & met some great Collingwood supporters .

Now we just need to see the filth beaten & all is well in the world .

Let's call it what is was, that second half was crap.

By how far do you miss the point ?!

Did you really expect North to lie down and die ?

The point Donny is this: Of course North will try, as any side should, but that does not excuse the lazy ball use, turnovers and bad, bad, bad kicking for goal. We only have ourselves to blame there. Worst of all we actually started trying to ice the clock with 4 minutes to go. For goodness sake, the fans pay good money to be entertained not to watch sub-standard chipping the ball round and kicking backwards 50 metres.

Winning is very important, but winning with style is a lot more important in my opinion. Hawthorn and Geelong aside, most sides are not planning anywhere near their potential at the moment.

i couldn't give a rat's tossbag if we won 4 goals to 3. i pay my money to see my team, win, lose or draw. no doubt you will now be salivating for the monday game.

we were never going to lose that game no matter how much pressure was released. i just hope, this week, the media tempers their love for that mob.

Good to see the fierce in your face tackling. Think we've found some good old fashioned hard men Grundy and Frosty - what a tackle on Pasternak!
We made a good side look second rate - bring on Anzac.

The great thing about our last month is that every week we've been improving.

That's a great sign for what this season could become.

Swanny's best game for the year, ditto for Trav. Frost and Fas were great down back, and Sidey and Elliot were very good all over the field.

Interesting to hear David King say that without the ball, based on today's effort, was the best he'd seen this year.

Whether that's going too far or not, but when our pressure is up across the ground, then 2010/11 feelings return.

Pretty good win all things being considered, I watched first half on foxtel, and we looked sharp, sidey was most impressive. We seemed to take it a bit easy in the second half, could have won by twenty more points, considering amount of play we had. But a six goal win over these miserable bastards is nice, and I take it gleefully. Jam that up your arrogant arse Scott, and you too tosser Brayshaw. Now for the Dondruggies, go PIes !!

gee that was enjoyable. every player on the field did there job.
norf gave everything they had for 3/4s and we stuck to our metal
and left them for dead.
the space the G offers gives us an advantage when we play that awesome brand of football, our fitness was the difference. we were clean, methodic and hard.
these new footballers that were watching atm along with whom retained there contracts are maturing and growing in confidence. our list management
is formidable. jack frost, what a revelation he has become. ALLELUIA.
the tide as turned and the we have a plan.
nice tackle on Thomas, Grundy. he certainly felt it. yee haa.

Very happy with that win. Considering that North were favored in the media & the bookies.

We absolutely blitzed them in the first half. The second half was pretty lackluster, from both sides.

What a difference an inform Swan & Cloke makes.

Great to see our backline really starting to gel together, considering Reid & Brown are missing. Reid is going to be an absolute luxury when he comes in. Who goes out for him?

Frosty is just getting better every game, and how good was Fasolo today?

The midfield were brilliant, Pendles, Beams Swanny & Caff we all at their best. And Sidey & Lumumba were just brilliant.

Great to see Clokey clunking a few today. Dont care that he missed a few easy ones, it was just great to see him back in form.

I think we can now say that Grundy & Witts can play most games together. I just wish they would take a few more marks around the ground. I suppose that will come in time.

All that's really left to say is; GO DOGGIES, WOOF, WOOF, WOOF!!!!

The boys are playing a much better brand of footy than last year. No more easy kicks from opposition kick outs. Much more man on man. This is making the opposition kick to a contest. As a result the coast to coast stuff has stopped. Well done Bucks & the coaching staff. On another note. I have some serious man love for Jack Frost. Hard as a cats head & taking on the oppositions most dangerous forward every week & getting the job done. Gets better every week.

Got the job done and a valuable four points with a little added confidence heading into next week's crucial anzac day clash. Loved the first half, showed great defensive pressure and intent but went to sleep in the second half. Missed a lot of easy shots on goal too which was disappointing too. Good to see Cloke hit some form though.

Norf are crap- they think they can play like hawthorn- but to do that you need agood coach and skilled palyers.

A really impressive effort today-

backline was sensational.

fasolo-best game for the club

sidey- likewise (excluding 2010 replay gf-still reckon he was robbed of norm smith!!)

frost- great on-onone- but disposal let him down a bit- same with langdon.

harry- awesome

maxy- awesome

swanny back doing what he does best- the burst of speed was back today.

loved josh thomas's work inside- pendles pure class.

elliott was super impressive running through teh middle.

and massive game by trav!!

Go pies!!

Tremendous first half, so so second half but I'll take that effort and pressure every day of the week.

Frost is an absolute beauty and a tough days work for any forward. Clokey looked (and kicked) like his old self and we were much more potent for it. Pendles and Beams were class as always and Swanny moved more freely than I've seen this year and I'm tipping he'll absolutely tear it up in the very near future. Maxy's Indian summer continues unabated and Clinton Young and Jesse White both belong in our best 22 now, no questions asked.

A special mention to the coach and his assistants. The problems that plagued us last year and in round one (end to end goals, shit kicking out from goal) look to have been identified and remedied. That is effective coaching. We still have a ways to go but we are looking better and better every week.

Tewantin! Is the shell house still there? Talk about dodgy tourist attractions that as a kid you thought were awesome ie: the big banana, big pineapple etc
