Reminds me a lot of Sidey in the way he looks and plays on the field, just quicker. Very impressed with this kid.

As a Queenscliff boy, I'm pretty pleased with his nomination. He cites my next door neighbour down there as one of his early influences/mentors.

Interesting point Az, but I think that's just his personality. I wouldn't read too much into it personally.

I so love Broomys meek attitude! He has an enormous amount of class, he knows it and sees no reason to make a fuss about it. I see a kid who will get the job done week in, week out. He is a true football player not an entertainer and we need more of these kids who could not give a rats ass about the spotlight - just play footy and do it damn seriously because the supporters are damn serious about winning.
