What happened to Kennedy? He's giving Carlton a lesson at the moment. Lovely to watch.
Hope little Kenno is ok in all seriousness.

Oh, the irony. The sense of pure delight one feels is palpable. And it's 10 goals now.
Mind you, to be fair to Carlton, they didn't trade Kennedy away thoughtlessly. They knew perfectly well that young Kennedy would be a decent player a few years down the track, and they made the judgment that they would rather do without Kennedy in 2015 in exchange for all the premierships Judd would give them in 2008 (11th), 2009 (7th), 2010 (8th), 2011 (5th), 2012 (10th),2013 (6th), and 2014 (13th). _________________ Let's eat Grandma. Commas save lives! |

J. Kennedy is a downhill skier. Check out his stats. He kicked 61 goals last year. 11 in a game against GWS, another 15 in two games against the Suns. His next best was 5 against the Crows then 4 against the Dees. He kicked 3-3 from the two showdowns with the Dockers. Rarely does he hit his heights against quality teams. I'd take Judd any day. Can't understand why the 7 commentary are talking it up as a 50/50 trade. _________________ "The night is a very dark time for me" Chaz Michael Michaels |

At which point, uncle Buck will come on that ridiculous injury report bulletin, say that he's "making good progress" for the next six weeks and, after he works his way back with six or seven BOG performances in the twos, Bucks will reward his effort with a green vest and 20 minutes of AFL football, before he vanishes back to obscurity.
And thus continues the development of our first round draft pick. |

According to Sam Gastin (covering the Collingwood VFL practice match for the Club on the web chat), as of 1.05 pm today, in response to a question about Ben Kennedy:
"Sam Gastin: He put his hand up for selection Muzza, but with a long season ahead he was given a rest. Fully fit and ready for some footy next week however." |
