I could give him a run in the fussy stakes. Easily.

No way I'd succumb and be able to force myself to eat vegetables (outside roast potatoes) or salad (outside iceberg lettuce) even if I was an elite athlete.

What a folder and disgrace to our kind!

LOL.

Since I've been old enough to refuse eating vegetables the amount I would have consumed (outside roast potatoes, special fried rice or a hamburger pattie) would fit on a dinner plate at a guess.

And that's well over 30 years!

The rest of my family would eat normally and pretty healthily with good home made cooking but not little old swoop.

I will eat some fruit though and have no problems with lollies.

There are others out there like us rest assured.

Beware the fussy bum!

What, no kale? 😉

Kale?

Wasn't a bad series, that sketch was probably the highlight

Great article! Very enjoyable read!

It's quite a fascinating insight into Broomhead as I knew very little about him prior to reading the article. He comes across as a quiet achiever but he'll be one of our most reliable and consistent performers in years to come.

Suck it up, Broomhead. This ain't primary school. You're a pro footballer now. You'll eat whatever the club says is going to get you in peak tip top shape. Don't like fruit and vegies...grow up.

Seriously?

I like veges, just eating meat gets boring, adding some veg gives different texture and flavour.

Was it just a case of your mum being a shit cook? Mine used to boil the guts out of every vegetable she cooked, I thought it was normal for veges to be mushy and horrible. Once I learned they could actually taste nice if you cooked them properly, haven't looked back.
