Not very surprised that we were allocated to the Sunday afternoon timeslot especially since Essendon won't play finals and the AFL doesn't think we'll make it either.
It could be an interesting final game of the year. Will this be Hird's last game as coach if things continue to deteriorate for the Bombers in the next few weeks? Will Dustin Fletcher receive a farewell game if fit, and will this be the final games for some of the Essendon players with a WADA decision to be handed down in the near future?
Anyway if we cannot make the finals it would be great to end the season on a high with a crushing win against the Bombers.
