It hurts to see such a famous Collngwood name at another club, especially one that his grandad would have hated. Apparently impressed on Sunday for Casey - 3 goals.

can make it happen a la Tom Boyd at the doggies. Just need to ensure your million dollar boy will be the goods. We should have Travis's $800K spare soon for starters.

Essentially by trading away pick 7 for Treloar, we lost any hope of getting Weideman. Some tipped him to fall, but our next pick was 27, which got pushed back to 33 or whatever it was.

Back in 2014, Petraccas old man was roumerd to be, well acting like a dick, in trying to get him to fall to Collingwoods pick 5. After the knee injury, he singed an extension. So his stay will be much longer than the mandatory 2 years.

I would love to see Collingwood steal a few young Melbourne lads, (Hogan the other) but I don't think Melb is that stupid.

Aaron Vandenberg was the other that could have been a Pie. He was well and truly on Hines radar but the Dees snagged him in the rookie draft and we took Manteit six picks later. (Liam Jurrah style).

So, getting back to poaching some Melb players, I think the only way to get one in 2016, will be free agency.

Which leaves:
Melbournes Restricted free agents:
Jack Grimes - DOB 11 May 1989 (age 26) (Medium Defender)
Jack Watts - DOB 26 March 1991 (age 25) (Utility)

Melbournes Unrestricted free agents:
Neville Jetta - DOB 12 February 1990 (age 26) (Small Defender/Forward)
Jake Spencer - DOB 9 October 1989 (age 26) (Ruckman)

So they're poaching our players before they're even ours? Razz

It happened because his Dad wasn't as good a player as his Granddad and had a lot of injuries. Mark Weideman didn't play enough games for Sam to qualify as a father son pick.

For the record, we led 45 to 20 before they kicked 15 of the next 17 goals.

Why give weideman the time on here? He doesn't give a hoot about us, so why carry on like he's a great loss to the team? Sure he has the great family connection but that's about where his link to us ends. FFS he grew up supporting 9thmond. Say no more.
