Yeah, Aunty Jen will be getting a nice Christmas card this year.
Although the real winner is the kid (or the rest of the family if anyone bothers to see her again) anytime Aunty Jen comes in for a big smooch or cuddle they'll be saying "back the fu@k up - I don't want to be sued..." |

Hahaahah remeinds me of when junior was little! She would not kiss anyone who smoked, she smelt it a mile off, and she would just not do it! Lucky bugger got away with it too! Who really wants to do all that false kissy kissy shot with the outlaws? (Or my chain smoking mum actually!)

Not to be a downer but I saw a bit which explained the whole thing. Aunt Jen was actually trying to sue the insurance company as part of the complicated way of getting medical expenses paid in the states, but wasn't allowed to name the actual company as the plaintiff so had to name the kid as one covered by the insurance.
It was all actually quite reasonable, just made to sound screwy.
