the afl.com dream team should be up this week and i still think it is the better game....a lot simpler thats for sure. Ill be playing both however

Yeh the points in this is certainly different from AFL Dreamteam..ie clanger kicks, lol licca n johnno wont be getting a run in my team but the one thing I like about it is that you cant stack the majority of your team full of guns ala dreamteam which makes it a bit more interesting..
Looks ok , will definitely be playing both

when i read the rules and noticed that clanger kicks get penalised 8 points i had to change my team.......u can guess who i got rid of!!

nah licca will make up for it with tackles. I think he, bartel, hazleby are nice and cheap and id have them in my team over some of the higher priced players.
Ive never seen this scoring system. Im a bit of a gun at the dream team comp but am very hesitant about this one. The key is going to be finding players less than 100g who will play week in week out i think.
The ruck division is tough. With dream team, points are awarded for hitouts. As far as i can work out, players are not given points for hitouts. Therefore ruckman are pretty obsolete in this game.
Got to find players who can kick goals as well.

I think.
Nice mix there of high-ranking players (eg Clement, Everitt, K.Cornes... and young players I think might do alright this year)
