Though I know the teams now, Goldsack was never going to get dropped. I actually thought Thomas may have been in for a rest.

means no licca, and Goldy and Tooves retain there positions, maybe MM is learning that its the kids that have got us here and not the experienced players who let us down last year.

Yep, that's exactly how I see it too, mate; I'm very happy to see the kids and some very hard calls being made on the older guys. We'll become a much better side in coming years for having run with the kids whilst the old blokes are around as backup than we would have been persevering with the old blokes then being forced to bring in a whole stack of inexperienced kids in at one time. This way they have the time to settle in and get experience.

Bit disappointed Cox didn't make it, but to be fair Goldsack and Toovey haven't done much wrong so far this year. Stanners will get a game soon undoubtedly. Licca will probably benefit from a week's rest (although I guess it's more like 2 now...)

Stanners did not play for Willy and may yet come in or Rhyce who apparently injured a groin at training.

Iles, Clarke, Dick and Wellingham all played very well for Willy incidentally.

Will the weather change things?????

Perhaps Josh will go it alone in the ruck and stanners will come in for Bryan.
