It doesn't refer to Eddie as a bitch. It states that Andy D is in fact Eddie's bitch. Meaning Eddie is so powerful he's running the whole AFL. Which most of us believe to be true, or at least should be true.
But something that none of us would accuse any of you 3 of thinking.
