As the author of the O P, I now obviously move on knowing its not going to happen. So far we have lost three games to good opposition by less than two goals this season.
I can only hope we had a real crack at Hawkins behind the scenes because its going to take a lot to convince me that he wouldn't have made a big difference to our scoring power. Always hard to dislodge father sons at successful clubs but that doesn't mean you gift the cats paying unders for his signature.

After tonights dismal showing by our forward line, just woeful, perhaps it is time we went after this Hawkins, clearly cloke is too inconsistent, and white is a spud, or plays like a spud at critical times. Before tonight i had no desire for the Tommahawk, but if they get dangerfield, clearly we will have the room in our cap, and yes, lets get him, Tonight is the last straw for me with our non existant bigman forward line.
