Excellent, I got Balmeys job! Although I might need a few of those dim sims to look the part!

I can confirm entire team is fit and healthy, the coach has the full support of the board and that forward line is probably the best forward line we have seen since the days of Chris Tarrant and Guy Richards being spotted up there...

Coach needs a week or two to give his game plan a go… how long has Bux had?

Let's face it most players were saving themselves for a big night in sin city!

Hmm. Swoop, I'm not sure a "motivational session" in Kings Cross the night before a big game was a good idea. Let's just say everyone looked a bit "spent". I mean, Stui Magpie doesn't usually turn over, light a smoke, and doze off in the centre square like that. Well, not at least in the season opener!

Great work Swoop!!

Stuff the actual result - if I'm first ruck and Stui is a c every week, it's a winning formula.
Personally, I blame the fluffer for the result.

I apologise for the complete lack of onfield leadership provided by Stui and myself. I can't speak for our captain, but for my part, I was totally distracted by the talk of positive test results for pre-season dim sim consumption.

you have to be more selective with what you do on a friday night before the game. hanging out on a street corner in richmond is perhaps not the best preparation. taghlay.

Agree on all counts. I'm a c every week whether I'm captain or not.

Personally shattered with the efforts though, I think someone put Tooheys in my VB during the pre match down at the Cross. Mad

I warned people of this. You can't have a side that doesn't include me and expect to win.
Missing some magic elixir were we folks ??
Now I'm all for giving everyone a fair go but in this case I want th coach hung by his nut sack to a flag pole in front of Punt Rd as a example
Now to assist the new coach with team selection next week he might want to read through the team below

HB. Qldmagpie67. Dyso's pimp. The barman from the cross
C. Qldmagpie67. Qldmagpie67 dog. Qldmagpie67 wife
HF. Qldmagpie67 drug mule. Dyso's doctor. Some guy from the cross
F. John Wren. Magpiebat. DTM
Ruck. Lazza. Jezza. Wokko

Int. Qldmagpie67, Dyso some girl Dyso knocked up, Ben Cousins
Emg. Qldmagpie67, Dyso's granny, that Thai girl from the massage parlour & whoever else turns up

Team doctor Steven Dank
Trainer Peter Moody
Team Mascot Nathan Buckley
Boot Studder Stui
Dim Sim Fetcher Swoop42
Toilet cleaner James Hird
Bus driver John Wren
Accountant Allan Bond
Operations Manager Tony Abbott
Publicly Manager Tannin

Hey man, I'm just there to get you up for the challenge. Once you're out there, it's all on you.

Personally, though, I don't blame the team for being taken by surprise. They all thought they were playing football! I thought they would have twigged when that guy brought the bass guitar out...

Anyway, next week you're all on the pill.

Umm, care to elaborate?

Birth control?
Viagra/Cialis?
Ecstasy?
No Doze?

Blue or red?
