Taking the (optimistic) long-term view on our team

McMahon is an interesting one. He seems to have taken great strides this year and statistically at least, is now exerting himself into games.
His consistency has improved and he’s now holding his marks. Appears to have put on some good bulk too since we drafted him at the end of 2020.
Not sure if he’s ready yet but at least he’s on an upward curve.
If anyone has seen a bit of him game day or on the track, any feedback is always welcome ?

Of all the Free Agents and Restricted Free Agents this year I think the PIes should make a big play for the Bulldogs Baily Dale. He is a strong Back Flanker with elite kicking skills.
Of course the only way to recruit a Free Agent of any type would be unless we loose Jordan DeGoey to Free Agency then by not recruiting a free agent the compensation to us would be a free draft pick after our first pick in the draft order. Hence if we finish in the bottom half of the ladder that compensation pick would be another top 10 draft which we would hopefully find a highly skilled young gun to add to our exciting bunch of up and coming AFL stars.
