Made it safely across the Western Highway and up the Hume to The Desert (aka NSW Wink

) and settling in for a fortnight's cheer with She Who Must Be Obeyed in Kiama. Have had a lovely start to the sojourn, overnighting with The Oldies halfway, then a Xmas bbq at a mate's place overlooking the ocean last night. The loot (aka "pressies") is wrapped, the car fridge is full to the brim, we took a dawn walk with the dog to the fish market on the wharf in the harbour for tomorrow's seafood lunch, She is spending the arvo roasting the turkey and ducks for tonight's Xmas Eve Feast and I'm delegated to the bloody baby-sitting to get the sprogs out of Her hair! However, She doesn't know about the surprise pressie stashed away which will get pulled out in the early hours of tomorrow morning (around dawn). It's been a long journey with She since the Sydney match but we're getting there!

So, to all on Nick's - mates, friends, adversaries all, especially "I'm Campo's Brother" Cam Razz

Thanks Nicksters for a great year. There are some damn good characters that get about on this board, and I genuinely enjoy all of your comments, mad or not!
