OK I admit it!
Follow me, follow my rules or Die!!!!!

Hang on, does this mean I can get tax exempt status now?
Must ring the accountant tomorrow.

Seriously, we atheists don't hang around in clubs you know. We don't feel the need to impose ourselves on others. We don't feel the need to publicize our good deeds. We don't feel the need to preach to the unconverted.............
and we don't kill you if you won't convert.

In fact, we won't even execute you if you have a sexual liaison out of wedlock.
We won't stone you if you show your face as a woman.
We won't even fiddle with you if you become a choirboy.
We won't beat you as punishment for not doing your homework.

boy, my fingers are tired...I could go on and on and on.
But why waste my time?
The believers can never see the truth, there is always "gods will" when a child dies. Always "gods will" when a community starves to death.
Answer me why god abandons these people.
No, forget that, it will just be the same old tired excuses to justify something that does not exist.

Where are we going? Please rephrase the question with simpler words.

Tell me how much atheism and its religious followers have contributed to society.

Answer the question Eunos.

Doesn't God abandon us all at the end anyway? We all die after all.

So much for freedom of speech in the west if you are a Moslem.

Otherwise, same arguemtn applies to someone carrying a bible in Afghanistan. You know it is agasint Afghani law, therefore to quote my close friend Dave, "end of story".

Didn't you request the moderators delete all your posts from here and you were now exclusive to another bulletin board? Or was that another of your multiple personalities?

A possible compromise would have been for the school to introduce a uniform burqa for those that need to wear it. I believe the main idea is to cover the face and body, so it doesn't matter what colour it is, yeah? I mean... I've seen a few ones over here with a Nike swoosh ffs.

That way the student is happy. The local muslem community is happy. And the school shows itself to be extremely enlightened, whilst happily indoctrinating its pupils into conformerism. Yes... I made that last word up.

By the way, Eunos. When you said that atheists don't ram their opinions down other peoples' throats - ummm banning religion; actually making it a point of law, would be doing just that.

Finally, atheism is a religion. Religion is a word for your ideas on how the cosmos runs. If you don't believe in god, then that's part of your comsmological belief system. That's part of your religion.

What if physical death isnt the end David? What if death is just a consequence of the curse that sin bought upon us. Death would then only be the next step.

I guess, it's just I can't see why we should get more than one life. It doesn't make sense.

Everyone has one last thought. What if a simple "Oh God" is enough right at the end?

Acts 2:21
And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

What if it is only one life and physical death is just another step.

I don't know mate I was raised in a christian family so I've heard it all before. I just don't know what to think I guess. It doesn't make sense any more.
