Port or GWS.

I think GWS would be a handful for us. They’re a far better side than the one we encountered on Mother’s Day earlier this year + the memory of the 2019 PF will still linger for us supporters.

Treloar out, anybody in. Collingwood is a fifteen goal better team than the 2019 PF side for that reason alone.

Well its either Port or the Giants. I hope its Port because the Giants game plan is too much like our own. And they are the team with momentum at the moment.

Port, I got to say, GWS are in serious form, they play the MCG really well. And I think could be a serious threat for us if they get past Port. So everyone don your teal scarfs for the weekend!!!

I saw Port live at the Gabba in the QF. They had moments of brilliance interspersed with brain farts and shocking kicking for goal. Allir Allir was owned by Daniher.

They’ll be better if they get Dixon back but he’ll be underdone. Mackenzie back will help them defensively too.

I’d definitely prefer to play Port at the MCG.

It could be the case that we're getting the Friday night prelim. Received an email from the club today about prelim final package at the glasshouse. Although it says the date & time is to be confirmed, when I clicked 'book now' it came up with a function date/time of Friday Sep 22 500pm.
If correct, the AFL may have let the club know that we're on Friday night.

Will it make any difference on who wins in the 2 Semis as when we should play? Will we have to wait until after Sat night before we know when we play? Trying to work out schedules is bloody hard!

I can't imagine it would!

In the last few (non-COVID) seasons, the first preliminary final has started at 7:50pm on the Friday night. There have been some suggestions floating around that it'll be 7:20 instead, but apart from that things seem relatively locked in.

Minor Premier gets the 1st prelim, one of the few benefits as I understand it

Friday night it will be time to be either 7:20pm or 7:35pm but 100% its the Friday night.

Gates to open earlier as well at an early time of 4pm to allow fans and alike more time before the game.

I know i work there.

It will be 7.50pm if it's Friday night.

Port might well beat the Lions. Will be funny if it happens.

Unless I have missed something, they can’t meet until a grand final. So it won’t be funny if that happens, not funny at all.
