Just saw the your family day might be on at vic park on the 12th.
If so do we move to Goshes? Or put put a week?

Yeah I am happy with that im sure i can get a full team regardless of date my mate will just have to finbd another ump to come along with him. Shall we make the change official?

would you not waitr untill the family day is official before changing the date? for now just keep everyone on notice?

That would be good. But we got teams and umpiers to lock in. Would like to have it confirmed by this weekend.

lock it in for the 12th, if it changes so be it, if it doesnt everything stays the same. what if the family day ends up being the 19th instead? then what? just wait untill something is confirmed but for now confirm the location for the 12th with a tentative "we are playing".

12th- Yes(1 maybe two players)
19th- Yes(2 maybe 3 players)
I am happy to do the plan suggested and say lets pan for the 12th and wait for the date of your family day to come out and if need be shift the date.

If its on the 19th Strachanie will ruck again and his 2 brothers will play but if its the 12th he cant make it but at least1 of his brothers will
