I think its time we rolled the dice with young Darcy Moore, up forward, I recall Len Thompson played his first game, a final, at only 17, reckon its time we gave this kid a run, and give clokey a run on the wing, further up the ground. |
I think it's time to call a spade a spade, send him to the VFL and play him at CHB for 6 weeks, his days as a forward are over IMO. |
We haven't exactly got Barry Price streaming out of the centre putting in onn his chest lace out, have we? _________________ I hold a cup of wisdom, but there is nothing within. |

To be honest Needed more out of cloke, white, Elliott, swan they were not good today. Elliott you can forgive at the moment being young. Fasolo was quiet as well. Soon as eddie betts kicked that first goal out of his arse we were doomed |

Just wondering who's better, Collingwood or Port? Comparable games this round so far. I think some are underestimating Adelaide and overestimating our current side. _________________ Well done boys! |

Get Elliott out of the midfield and stick him back in the forward line.
Promote Witts and De Goey. They never dropped Heppell. De Goey is all class don't let him learn bad habits in the twos.
Nathan Brown out, Ben Reid in. Or anyone really. Probably wouldn't be playing if Keefe was injured or cough.
Adelaide were tipped to win the flag last year or the year before by some before the Hawks became THE HAWKS. They have a good aged lot and have been underachieving, bit like the Weagles. _________________ Get back on top. |

Woeful by foot and by hand under a closed roof with no humidity or weather conditions to blame.
Over running the ball time and time again. Set shots were awful. It was just a bad day at the office.
The only thing i could take out of this game was ability to no let up. We could have easily rolled over and be on the receiving end of an 70+ point hammering. Our boys endeavour to stay in the contest was great to see.
Apart from that, there was little to like about today's performance.
I guess it's a little deja vu from our start last year. |

I honestly don't think we'll win a game at Etihad this year. With the perfect conditions you always get there,it always favours the quicker, more skilled side. Our only chance of winning a game is on wet, slippery grounds, where we can drag the other team down to our sadly low standards. |

Oh to have Barry Price!
He could hit a target 99% of the time.
Now what percentage would Adams and Crisp hit? _________________ we don't eat our own at collingwood we just allow them to foul our nest.

About what I expected. Thought they'd be far too good but, was disappointed in a few aspects of our game, namely composure.
I think they tried hard but were let down by dreadful foot skills. What was our disposal effectiveness today? I'd be very surprised if it was above 60 in the first half.
We were completely outplayed in the first half by a much harder, more desperate outfit.
Reid was good in the VFL today taking intercept marks and looking like the old Ben Reid. He'll improve the composure aspect down back. Moore was terrific too, but I'd leave him for a few months unless he just breaks the door down.
Levi on crutches looks months away to be honest.
We must get more from Elliott and Fasolo. Faz in particular was really disappointing. _________________ After the epic draw comes the decisive knockout!
Collingwood rules the world again and Mick Malthouse fulfils his destiny with the twenty ten premiership and can you hear the people sing! |

^ it reallydid cocern me when at one period we had a starting midfield blair, elliott and fasolo.
i thought we'd give more of a yelp early on. i can see what they're trying to do and on occasion they looked good but execution, in the main, let them down. the effort was there. lots of rfi's to focus on for this week. _________________ Purveyor of sanctimonious twaddle. |

Some of you need to take a chill pill. Our young side got beat. Build a bridge. Did you really expect to beat the crows???
I bet north wished they could have had some "junk time goals" and reduced their margin.
Or maybe, just maybe the pies last quarter showed they didn't give up.
To me that's a positive among a lot of negative and too easily dismissed. _________________ No Pressure, No Diamonds

Watching the game at Etihad reminded me of Melbourne's summer this year. It was on a Tuesday I think.
However ladies & gentlemen, we have a player:
Can I introduce Adam Oxley? What a ripper. He can kick & mark, run & play. 33 possessions. Great job for his ? second or third game ? his first full game. _________________ âI even went as far as becoming a Southern Baptist until I realised they didnât keep âem under long enoughâ Kinky Friedman |

Maybe we should strap outselves in and wait for our recent first round picks to have 50 games.

Yep. Another two years off, sadly. Patience. |

Well, the talent-laden GCS got demolished by St Kilda at home, and Port kicked just 6.8 at home vs Sydney (lost by 4. It's a tough competition, kids... _________________ Est. 2002 |
