Lanning;s call was perfectly understanable. It was overcast and the wicket had a green tinge. Plus, it would've been a 'brains trust' decision. Other than Perry, the pace bowlers bowled poorly, early.

I would've batted first, but I'm not a Woman.

Today.

I'm not far from Metricon. Much the same scenario as yesterday morning. Sunny, with light winds.

BoM radar is showing no immediate threat of rain/storms but, with about 4 hours to start of play, this could change.
