You would think they'd have a run tomorrow at Subi. |
I'm sure I read something earlier this week that said there would be no training session in Perth, but you could meet the players somewhere else. Can't remember where. _________________ "The night is a very dark time for me" Chaz Michael Michaels |

So why is Grundy now on the outer? Last year everyone was saying he was the vision of our future. Our great hope. Is he now going to be another casualty of this ill-fated Buckley era? Obviously as soon as his contract is up he'll be outta here. |
Ceglar beat him last week. Simply not good enough in his second year blues phase. Next year he will be fine. Both boys are not up to it yet, but they will be next year I think. _________________ Buon Giorno |

No open training session as I understand it. There is a function Saturday night with Scott Burns, Rocket Eade and Ben Hart cost of $85 for members, but I believe bookings have closed already. _________________ Is there any place you would rather be, than with me at the MCG? |

Coll v WC: Int: Dwyer, Kennedy, Young, Armstrong.
Emerg; Ball, Thomas, Langdon. Toovey, Young, Kennedy in for Martin, Adams, Langdon.
Surely late change, why fly Ball all the way over to be interchange! |

I'm with you on that one. Unless we plan on playing Blair as a permanent insider, I'd expect a late change on Sunday. |

If no late change, these selections are as bizarre as not playing Keeffe against Essendon. _________________ Well done boys! |

No T. Adams.
No L. Ball.
No J. Thomas.
No F. clue. _________________ Let's eat Grandma. Commas save lives! |

Who flew over as the 23rd player? Have they flown yet? Story on the news suggesting Ball left the track early which is a worry. Don't know if that was here or there.
Langdon stiff, thought he got back some form against Port. |

I'm not too worried about running with one ruckman (Witts) because I think we're going to play White as a back up ruckman with mobility... he has looked somewhat promising in this role.
My main concern is that we haven't selected Luke Ball to replace Taylor Adams. I can't understand this. Others have said that we are planning a late change, but why would you deliberately not select a player just to make a late change? I thought that selecting Luke Ball would have been a certainty. |

Yes and I too agree that Langdon is unlucky to be omitted. I thought he played very well overall against Port. But main concern is midfield with no player to go in and under. |

Beams generally has more clearances than any of our other midfielders so if Ball or Thomas don't play I guess it will come down to him to carry the load.
P.S-Ball might have injured himself again, don't know but I thought I heard something briefly mentioned on the news about him tonight.
Hopefully they'll give Kennedy a full game playing through the midfield this week. _________________ He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD! |
