I take your point but he won't just " get snapped up " without a suitable trade being made.
If he wants to throw the toys out of the cot because he can't see the embarrassment he has caused himself and the club, then I'm not sure we really want him on the list. It's in his court, he still has plenty of time to show his response through the remainder of the season.
I grew up with " you don't get rewarded for being a dickhead " but that was a different generation back then. |

Best thing is to get him back into the team and feel the love and support of the Black and White army and his team mates.
Hopefully he will do a Swanny and use this issue as a turning point and become the elite player he has the potential to become. He has the opportunity to stand up and be the best he can be or he can continue along his current path and become that ex player that people will occasionally talk about and reflect upon what could have been. His choice.
