HBF.

I recently changed back to MediBank Private. When I was answering all the questions to join over the phone, I asked the question, "Once I'm signed over, HBF won't deduct anymore payments from my account, will they?"

I was assured that, no, they won't. The clearance form was being put through as we spoke and (in 7 days time when it was due) no more money would be deducted from my bank.

Well, guess what happened on the 19th .... yep, HBF took out $320.

I rang HBF, their story was that I hadn't been cancelled from their fund, would I like to cancel now?
Yes, and I'd like my money back too please. The old "cheques in the mail"
line hits me. Here we are today, 14 days later and still no cheque.

Why can't they put it back into the account they can so easily deduct from? Immediately

No buzz cut, has that awful thick hair you can run. Your hand through, 6.4 look at me wanna be basketballer, thinks he's gods gift, as for calling me 'miss" he's more the slink around don't say hello type, unless he wants a lift somewhere. He reminds me of my belt notch nephew, he just lazy, rude, no manners, selfish, arrogant, and openly flirts with other girls with no concern for my sweet gentle now hurting, daughter. I know we all get to learn a lesson or two, but this guy is just such an obnoxious tool. I'm just preying he ain't lying about the offers from the states, and he's soon packed and outta here. And no, I'm not worried she will go with him, at least he is honest enough to say that wouldn't work, and she is still smart enough to realise, well he's a player! We had a really good heart to heart yesterday afternoon, a lot of tears from us both, and she realises the last few months she has changed so much, and lost focus of her goals. The only good thing is, she said she knows, because of all the darkness we have had the last few years, and especially after the year when hubbys cancer came back the first time, and my mum past away (junior was the only one apart from me she still occasionally recognised, that's tells you a lot about my golden child) how badly it effected her, and how hard it was to recover from (yes I sought professional help for her) she knows that there will be light at the end of the tunnel of darkness. That is sucjph a blessing, last night is the first night sleep I've had in I don't know how long, I was that worried.

She's a brilliant kid. So loving and giving, she was born old, she just knew stuff the rest of us had to learn. At three I thought she was my nightmare child, answering back so sarcastically, always at the edge of "OMG did she mean that like that". I once said to her in the car "smile" she said "why? I don't have anything to smile about, why should I smile if there's nothing to smile about?" That was at the age of three! Her dry sense of humour as a toddler was legendary, we called them "classic Kate's!" It was only when she hit a road bump in year 5 at school, one kid didn't like her sit on the fence if it's not your argument, nature, and tried to seperate her from the herd, it made her so Ill she had time off school, that's when she told me about it, and I spoke to the teacher, who was fresh out of teaching college, and thankfully, handled it in the most amazing way. We have been besties ever since. Before then, I never felt she needed me for anything!

My other daughter was the opposite, an angel child, who turned to the dark side at about 11, and stayed there for about 5 long painful years!

I love them both with every inch of my being, and woe betide anyone who hurts them! Yeah, I know I have to let them go, and I'm loosening the strings,inch by inch, but when she said 'mum, I don't regret it one bit, but I've learnt a lot from it", I knew she was my daughter, that's so me!! It's not done and dusted yet, until I see that plane leave the airport, I won't be convinced. Hopefully he has enough decency in him to leave her alone now.
