^^^ Don't read too much into the dress style: my son has worn jeans and a heavy metal t-shirt (my personal favourite is his "Leprosy" by Death album cover but he has multiple tops featuring Helloween, Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax and Dreamtheater, amongst others, too) for years. His idea of dressing up is getting out one of his "oldies" T-shirts - Yes, The Who, Pink Floyd, Joe Satriani - and asking me to iron it.

WHAT! Tell him to iron his own $Ł$%^%%$ t shirt!

Who irons shirts? Just chuck em in the dryer! I'll only iron really creased stuff!

I'll ask about the MMA next time I have the misfortune of seeing him. I think they are all going out as a group tonight, I'm going to offer to drive them even if it's midnight!

Ah, I got at least one thing right! Mr. Green

Not sure about the friend, she's so quiet even her dad has wondered, personally I think she's just really shy, gorgeous kid, took her to Hawaii last year.
As for junior, it would be preferable to the fukhead

You stay on your side of the monitor thanks. Try not to suffer too much. Ouch.

Cheers.

I would have preferred another way to have 2 weeks off work. On the positive side I will keep my weeks' annual leave but dip into the nearly 1200 hrs of sick leave.

Dive in there son, I've got 875 hours accrued in 7 years. Probably had 15 days sick in that time including a couple of times my back screwed up and I missed multiple days.

Cheers TP.

I do take a few days off each year but overall I seem to accumulate more than I take. Used to take off a lot more when the kids were young.

But it's times likes these that the accumulated leave is good for. I still have Long Service & Annual that I'll be taking.

It's also hard to take leave in positions of responsibility. There is a direct relationship between responsibility & sick leave. The more the responsibility the less the sick leave.
