I had severe doubts about us all summer. Sadly, my doubts are fact. Not alternative facts... just pure $£$%^%%$ FACT!
I mean our captain was quoted a week out from round 1 as saying Cox is the type of player that could kick 9 or 10 goals in a game. I mean seriously. The delusion runs strong from the coach through the leadership group. Its just deplorable.
For me, we are lower than wooden spoon days with Shaw. What a waste of talent over the past 3 years |

I tipped this with all my Pie's supporting friends and got laughed at and shit canned.
On paper our side is decent. But our structures are still inept, our decision making deplorable and our disposal a disgrace. The schism between what the coach purports to want and what is delivered is Grand Canyon is size.
There is clearly a massive disconnect somewhere between the coaching and playing groups that is translating into these absolutely diabolical performances. The fact that no one will admit to this means we're going to cop more of these shit sandwiches until the inevitable change/mercy killing happens at the top. |
