A pedestrian j-walked out in front of Nicks car , from behind a tram , as Nick was going home after celebrating his wife birthday.

Nick thought for a moment that he had killed they pedestrian.

Nick said he had been drinking water all nigh , and was breath tested by police

The police charged the pedestrian with j - walking

i went to melbourne for 4 days, and saw this happen at least 27 times. are people in Melb just morons?

The J walker's very lucky he didn't experience any injury for his "miscalculation" that Maxy said was his response. J walker accepted responsibility for his actions apparently.
