Dave said VFL side.
Darcy won't play ahead of Lynch though, a couple of KPP injuries and Lynch might have to play AFL so we'll need to keep him fit.

If you watch his last game ( the one he got injured in) he was very much a notch above the rest and indeed a valuable depth player. And even then I'm being mean. Is there a description for someone who's almost best 22 but not quite and almost a depth player but better than that? Well that's the Q-stick.
Eff me he was still contesting ruck duels with a busted leg before he finally succumbed and left the field. Got to love his Agro.

Lots of pie fans getting carried away with VFL form ATM, that part Maori KF North have kicked something like 7-6 last week, imagine if PK did that lol, that Maori dude has been tried many times in the seniors and spudded it up big time.

Who's getting carried away?
Simply saying that that white guy from Perth  is still an important cog in the machine in that he can play a key position if it was required. Hardly getting carried away.
I don't think its wise to simply ignore vfl form btw just because a few guys didn't cut it at senior level. There's no other yard stick to measure against.

I've said it many times that I wasn't a fan of recruiting him but he was good early last season until he got hurt, and continued to battle manfully on a busted body for the remainder of the season. Was very important back up this year and has been good in the VFL. Yes, he is nearing the end, but he's been a good servant and doesn't deserve some of the crap thrown at him. |

Jesse White is quite a serviceable forward/ruck, Witts is coming along quite well as a ruck/forward. One of them will backup Grundy, Witts can first ruck when needed. Who knows, maybe the yank will be a natural  |

Q-Stick has certainly been hit & miss but when he's being kept out of the side fully fit, it's a good sign.
Having said that, if he's competing for a spot against Jessie White, he's in trouble. |
