Don't see a priest on the list.

If there's someone jike John Wren referred to who floats in and around on an honorary basis who players can go to if they wish, no issue.

any player who wants to pray before a game, good luck to them.

Any coach or administrator who wants to enforce it by making players pray before a match should be buggered with a witches hat and thrown off a bridge into traffic.
