To the media goliaths and opposition supporters that finally realise that Hey , That Number 5 from Collingwood is more than a half decent player, that in fact he is a champion, what took so long? You could have asked us and we would have set you right! Opposition supporters i can understand but the media? Ah well i think we will have to see if theres anymore room on the bandwagon, mind you it may be up the back....

But look at what happened to Darcy last year, he was a favourite to win in the media(by all accounts)and he didn't. I'm not going to believe it until it actually happens. Btw i don;t want any media person who isn't involved with the club to be on our bandwagon,so to those people esp: sheahan please leave now!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Buckey is the most consistent player over the last 10 years, he's never been better and we will constantly say that because that is what true footy champions are: consistent footballers. Not just from a collingwood supporters point of view but i really reckon this year he deserves it, he's not like Voss or Black or Aka who play good when the team is playing good, Bucks plays great when we're winning and losing. It's illegal for him not to win it this year Evil or Very Mad

lol thanks dude, i reckon people think Nathan Buckley must already have one or two brownlows but the fact is he's more consistent than any footballer over the last 10 years in AFL footy cause he's polled so high in every brownlow vote over the last 10 years, that must prove something.
THe Police are going to improve on cracking down on losers that vote otherwise than Bucks, including belting umpires to find out information Smile

The man should have at least 1.... I think i recall him finishind 2nd or 3rd in his rookie year. I may be wrong, but he's been Top 3 many times after that, unless anyone else knows different?

Bucks is a Champion, he's already got 5 Copeland trophies and he's got a crack at his sixth!

Fact is, great players frequently don't win Brownlow Medals. Consider Ted Whitten, Leigh Matthews, Wayne Carey, Kevin Bartlett, Gary Ablett ... the list goes on. All these names dominated the VFL/AFL in their peak years and Buckley would be just another added to the pile. I have no problems with the umpires judging, but they seem to set the bar higher for the best players, which goes against what the medal is all about.

By rights, Buckley should be at least in the top three vote-getters. At the moment he is clearly the dominant player in the competition, just as Voss was last year. But that doesn't mean he'll win!

He is a superstar and all he wants and all he will get hes Grand Final!! I do hope he gets hes DESERVED LONG AWAITED Brownlow Medal but if he dosent get that but he gets a premiership medal then I, Bucks and everyone on here will be very happy, satisfied and very Pissed LOL!!
