I cant fathom how he got off that charge.
The tribunal is PATHETIC!!!
If he was a normal size player, or black(like pickett), he would of been gone for 4 weeks.
He squarly hit him in the forehead!!

Pickett didn't get those lengthy suspensions cos he's black, but because of his style of play. I haven't seen this incident so I can't say, but I can't recall Medhurst having been reported much before.

How about the 1 match to Hille ( Essendon ) for a thumping great roundhouse swing & 2 matches to Scarlett (cats ) for a short little jab .
I guess a Collingwood player would have got 6 for either , but the inconsistency of the tribunal is still the problem it has always been . |
