Former West Coast, Saint bad boy Jason Heatley has offered wayward Magpie star forward Chris Tarrant some advice following his recent dip into trouble at Ocean Blue Nightspot. He explained hand jestures with Chris' middle finger to coach Mick Malthouse on match day when he is told to lift and get into the play by the club runner would be a fitting way of becoming a stronger member of the Magpie community.
" Look it definitely gets a reaction" said Heatley inside his mobile telecom tent home on the Calder Highway " I tried on Mick when we played the Eagles when I was at the saints and went on to kick 6 goals its definitely positive body language, unlike say what a Richo gives to his teammates at the Tigers you have got to use what works". " Sorry mate that's all I can guide you with" with that Heatley quick left his tent with a cathy freeman like sprint to hail down an interstate truck to get a light for his peter jackson extra mild cigarette.

Settle down Chad Spoljar if you can't have a laugh I guess you can cry. Last year we weren't in a bull's roar of the finals.

Jason Heatley did some "mentoring" for junior players in Tasmania as apart of his AFL Tasmania job back when he was with the Devils.

Maybe he thinks he is still working for AFL Tasmania.

i think its great to see former bad boys offering to help out others. it shows they all still have a bit to give.
i think it would be great if taz gets on the right track with a bit a help from anyone willing to give him a hand
