Post subject: It will be Chris Bryan's night tonight. | |
|
I get the feeling this bloke is ready to rip em up. He has come back in the side has had a weeks rest and is raring to go as he is playing for his future.
Having watched numerous training sessions in the last couple of weeks I have liked what I saw from Chris and I won't be surprised if tonight is the night that he stamps himself as a genuine ruckman of the game!
I'm thinking 18 touches, 17 hit outs and 1 goal from about 50% game time! |

Hope you're right Heater.
I have a feeling this is his last chance. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

He has potential to be a decent player...But i think he will spend abit of time warming up the bench so the boys we really count on wont be cold _________________ Listen to the Magpie Hour on 3knd every Sunday night from 5 till 6 on 1503 AM...Hosted by Myself, Troy and the one and only Joffa |

True, but Bryan is actually over a year older, and you'd think Richards has more scope for improvement.
I wouldn't be surprised if one or the other is gone at the end of this year, though. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

Has the build and the aggression required to intimidate lighter bodied opponents. Let's hope he's switched on and focused _________________ Formally frankiboy and FrankieGoesToCollingwood. |

Has Bryan ever rucked by himself before?
I'm guessing he must have at Carlton, but I'm not sure. _________________ "Every time we witness an injustice and do not act, we train our character to be passive in its presence." – Julian Assange |

Considering he has played only 1 good game for us and done nothing since he has had plenty of time to think about how he is going to dominate in the ruck.
I also heard(SEN) that Josh might not line up tonight.
So Bryan had better perform or we could be cactus.

If there is one team i can see him dominating, it is Richmond. His direct opponent will most likely be Angus Grahem who is only playing his 2nd game. His tactic should be intimidation. He should whisper in Grahem's ear that he will be squashed by nights end, and should charge in full pelt at his first ruck contest. Even if he gives away a few free kicks, he has to make his opponent earn every kick.
We cannot allow Foley to run clear like he has done the last few weeks. Im actually happy about the Bryan selection _________________ There's more to life than footy.........just not much more. |

I think we need to give Richards a bit more time to show us what he can do, being a young fella of course. After all, we gave Ben Kinnear 10 years. |
