I have been on the fourms for a while and i dont know how to quote could someone please help?

Easy. If you want to quote someone's post, simply click on the 'quote' button at the top-right of each post and you'll be taken to the post reply screen with the quoted post there for you to use as you see fit. Razz

If you want to do it manually, you can do the following (leaving out the spaces inside the square brackets):

[ quote="poster" ] copy and paste the person's post here [ /quote ].

So, if I were to quote the first sentence from your post, I would write the following:

[ quote="collingwoodfan" ]Hi sorry i didnt now where to post this topic and thought this would be the most approprite place.[ /quote ]

You can then write whatever you want below this, or even quote another user separately using the same code.
