Anyone who questions Maxwells ability to lead is an idiot.

When Rocca took 'that' mark and the resulting 50 i happened to catch sight of Maxwell, standing 20 or so metres behind Rocca.

As Rocca lined up the gimme goal, Maxwell was frantically waiving at his team mates and screaming at them to gather around Rocca, so that after he kicks it they could all show him some loving and get the confidence of the big fella up.

That, to me, is leadership to a tee.

Do whatever you can to get the best out of others.

Watch the replay, Maxy is the first to jump on the big fella and others follow.

Maxy, wonderful leadership mate. Very well done.

He's a leader all right. Got crunched a few times because he put himself in harms way but got up, dusted himself off and did it again. Solid steel cojones.
