Post subject: Jolly and fraser...... | |
|
I dont no whats going on, but i find myself SCREAMING at both these chaps at the footy.
I dont think Jolly works hard enough around the ground and his second efforts are shocking.
Fraser ..... is much the same, it just doesnt look like he puts enough effort in around the ground in contests etccc..
Both Jolly and Fraser have turned the ball over far to much in the last 3 week.
I am worried us getting Jolly has back fired massively, he looks slow in passages of play and useless in the forward line.
Have we got an over rated dud? |

Jolly was good and copped a couple of shocking umpiring decisions, Josh was better but still needs to do more |

I am hoping that they still need more game time together to sort out who goes where and when and does what when and where when the other guy is already here or there doing whatever whenever wherever. _________________ RED "BABY" CAVANAUGH: Didn't hear what the bet was.

If we are going to play Fraser, then we have to PLAY Fraser. It is utterly stupid selecting him if we are going to put him on the bench all day and leave him there. It achieves nothing. We would be far, far better off playing an extra mid and when Jolly is too tired to ruck, use whoever is handy - Cloke or JA or Dawes or L Brown or bloody Alan Toovey if there isn't anyone taller handy. I DO NOT want to see any senior Collingwood player selected ever again to sit on the bench for near enough to half the game. That is just stupid. We would be better off with a midget playing second ruck and an extra mid to keep the Swans and Balls and Pendleburys fresh and winning contested ball than picking an extra tall and never giving him gametime.
If Fraser is good enough to play wing or forward or ruck-rover most of the day (and relieve Jolly as needed in the ruck, of course), then pick him and play him. If he is not considered good enough to play forward or some other position when not rucking, FFS pick him in the bloody seconds!
One or the other: pick, or do not pick. Pay, or do not play. There is no third choice. _________________ Let's eat Grandma. Commas save lives! |

Yeah, sack the ruck coach. If we haven't got a ruck coach, hire somebody right away. I want them starting work on Monday so that we can sack them on Sunday! _________________ Let's eat Grandma. Commas save lives! |

love your sacasm Tannin - oh yes got smashed 3 times in a row with the rucks although last night wasn't as bad as the first two. And when someone questions the coaching you just put them down. _________________ we don't eat our own at collingwood we just allow them to foul our nest. |

I was dubious when certain callers were saying "Anglene" was the 3rd best ruckman rtunning around the AFL. I thought he was drafted to help ease Our ruck problems rather than contribute to then! |

We have a midfielder as forward coach, perhaps we can bring back Tony Francis to look after our rucks _________________ Formally frankiboy and FrankieGoesToCollingwood. |

jolly and ball both look like they don't wanna be at pieland - they look like homesick little whingers that have been dumped by their girlfriends ...
maybe they just need some time to bond with the group and get over their ex's ... |
