How are 60 Minutes getting away with showing her face tonight?
She doesn't turn 18 until September.
Oh, and I gotta agree with Tannin. There's no glory in naming, but more importantly shaming, a minor.

How do you she Turns 18 until September because looks like you are wrong and if she does then 60 Minutes have Broken the Law.

There was an article written in her local paper in August 2009 and it stated she was 15. You do the math.

I'm not sure how that works. I remember a topical case several years ago, a young bloke I knew had a sexual relationship with his teacher. She ended up in Gaol, he gave an interview on one of the current affairs programs. Either 7 or 9, I forget, it was about 7 or 8 years ago.
There must be some provision where when a "Child" is estranged from their parents or guardians, that they are able to give consent or sign a contract with a media organisation. Really don't know.
What I do know is I won't be watching 60 minutes tonight.
