no need to be so defensive. dtm asked a legitimate question.
it sounds a little like the "i cannot coach against my boys" type promise many are lambasting.
a non-core promise even.

As for Joffa wearing it, don't pay any attention to it, if he wants to wear it, good on him, if he don't same as before. |

Not that it matters who wears what to a game, pretty sure Joffa said a while ago that it would only come out for finals games... I could be wrong though.

I do remember Joffa stating that he would retire the gold jacket at the end of 2003, and he said the same thing in 2010. I initially thought he would retire it because we won the flag.
At the end of the day, the jacket has become famous and a lot of supporters love it and Joffa seems to love it so I'm happy to see it still go around. I hope in the future, Joffa could consider wearing a Black and White striped jacket. It would look awesome.
