Better news from the update is that Frost and Seedsman pulled up okay and should be right to play this week. And Reid is available for selection, shame there isn't a VFL game for him to have a run in.

massive shame about the VFL bye. Really costs us an opportunity to bring guys in. And it also means we lose a week to put miles into the legs of Karnezis and Seedsman.

Huge blow for Brown. To think we've gone most of the year without Brown and Reid, yet still be top 6 is a huge achievement.

+1 Was really good before he first injured the shoulder. He was up and about and has that zip like 2010, you had the feeling he was going to start showing his full potential! Rambo get yourself right.

That's really tough for Browny. We're really going to need to rely on Keeffe and Frost now. Be interesting to see where Reid goes when he's fit, we may need him down back more than forward.

Ok well as much as I feel for Brown I really do think and have for last year or so that his best footy is well past him. He gets beaten very easily and is lead to the footy too often. His closing speed is non existent anymore. I actually thought last year we should look at trading him at years end. I much prefer Keefe (yes had a shocker last week but will be better for it) and Frost coming through.

Bad luck Browny. Hopefully he can get himself right for next year, but those shoulders are a worry. He's obviously going to have a full reco?

Well we still have Reid in reserve should Frost or Keeffe require replacement but we need Ben up forward more right now with the form of Cloke and overall function of our forward line.

It was a brave act that got Brown injured and he will be missed.
