Your learned 3rd degree got down for a brief view of training. They were having brief practice match conditions . CLoke was opposed to Keffe and FRost on White . Jamie Elliot was busy around the ground as was youngy, Dwyer and Pendles. Maccaffer look sharp and Bally was in fine touch, along with Swan, the players attacked a demon dummy of viney and then had goal kicking practice. White looked great, along with beamsy, CLoke was CLoke . IN All great to be down there and having a captain cook. Any questions?

Yes.

How much did the DTM makeover cost?

Thanks for the report. Good work. My question is .... Did white train the full session and look like he will play? He has a broken finger and there was doubt over him.

Bill Valli was cooking the donuts while Geoff Austen served. I saw Terry Keays buy six donuts along with Mike Woolnough. Terry has put on a bit of weight and Bill Valli looks like a retired butcher. The donuts were nice though.

Was Bruce Gonsalves lurking about?

No Dave, Grundy was not there. Only players who may play in our finals team. Apart from the previously mentioned there was also Glenn Sandford, Michael Horsburgh and Terry Domburg milling around the donut van. I saw Ernie Clarke behind the van too chatting to Eddie about a possible club takeover.

It's tongue in cheek Dave. I have no idea if a Grundy trained or not or if Bill Valli understands how you can burn your tongue if the jam is too hot.

Finger wasn't broken, it was a compound dislocation. They popped it back in during the game last week. He should be perfectly fine to play this week, just might have his fingers strapped.

Kent Butcher couldn't make it, something about busy preparing a gumtree ad for Harry Collier Trophy?
