Simple quiz: What is more boring?
(a) Enduring the whole of a Good Friday without any football at all?
(b) Enduring a Good Friday when the only game of football is North Melbourne vs Footscray?
Hey AFL, how about a decent game instead? You could have Carlton v Collingwood, or Hawthorn v Geelong, or even West Coast v Freo. Anything is better than Doggies v Norf!

I'd like to see the Cats-Hawks give up the Monday game in preference for Good Friday, don't want bottom feeders playing in it.

If you want to see struggling teams being weaned from the AFL breast you need to give them the opportunity to create income. I say give them a go. If more teams were self sufficient we wouldn't have to suffer this equalisation bull crap. |

2 more teams to stop whinging about Anzac Day. It has to be North. The other side could also be St Kilda... they wear a cross after all.
But then again, North Vs Dogs... that should be able to attract 85,000 every year.

I agree.
What shits me is that the same teams who are arguing that "they thought it first " so they should be entitled to Good Friday games for life, are the same clubs that had been arguing that collingwood-essendon should not have Anzac Day for life.
